CodeOasis Legacy Insurtix Claims Management Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Libra Insurance Company implemented Insurtix Claims Management, using the application as the core operational system for managing policies, customer service and claims. Insurtix Claims Management served as the central Insurance Claims Management platform as the company launched its initial car insurance products in a fully digital operating model. Deployment configured the platform to support policy administration, digital claims intake and customer service workflows, implementing modular handling of the claims lifecycle and automated case routing consistent with Insurance Claims Management capabilities. Functional capabilities described in deployment included claims intake, adjudication workflows, document capture and customer-facing digital interactions, with configuration focused on end to end case visibility and digital policy production. The Insurtix platform provided by vendor CodeOasis served as the production and management engine across subsequent product expansions, including home insurance in 2019 and digital travel insurance abroad in 2020. In 2021 the same platform supported a dedicated insurance product for small and medium sized businesses, consolidating policy and claims operations under a single digital stack. Operational coverage remained centered on Libra operations in Israel while enabling international digital distribution for travel products. Rollout was phased by product line, embedding digital underwriting, policy issuance and claims workflows into operational governance and customer service procedures. Governance and process change aligned claims teams and customer service to centralized claims workflows within Insurtix Claims Management, formalizing controls and operational handoffs. As an explicit business outcome Libra completed a public listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in June 2021 at a valuation of one hundred and forty million dollars.
