In 2014, Life Interiors implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate financials and operations on a single platform. The deployment used the NetSuite Wholesale Distribution edition and was positioned as the company ERP Financial backbone to manage a retail assortment of 5,000 SKUs and relationships with 120 suppliers across both B2B and B2C channels.
The implementation configured core modules for financial management, inventory control, order management, and fulfillment to create a single view of inventory across online and instore sales. Life Interiors upgraded from JCurve ERP and engaged JCurve Solutions for the move to Oracle NetSuite ERP, aligning catalog, pricing, and wholesale distribution workflows to support omnichannel order orchestration and accurate fulfillment processes.
Integrations were implemented to operationalize real-time inventory data, including a direct integration of Google Local Inventory Ads into Oracle NetSuite ERP to expose stock levels and lead times to customers. The platform coordinates online and offline sales, enabling on-time delivery and fulfillment across stores and digital channels, and supports scaling of physical retail footprint with two new showrooms each measuring 750 square meters in Sydney and Melbourne, and accelerated plans to expand to Dubai.
Governance centered on real-time data access and unified inventory visibility, which allowed Life Interiors to centralize operational workflows across merchandising, ecommerce, store operations, and finance. Since implementing the NetSuite Wholesale Distribution edition, the business reports tripled order volume in three years with minimal increase in overhead, and is using Oracle NetSuite ERP as the transactional and reporting system to pursue industry leading customer experiences and personalized omnichannel engagement.
