In 2015, LiftMaster implemented Inventek Systems Arrayent, an IoT Platform, to deliver connected garage-door and access products. LiftMaster, part of Chamberlain Group, used the Inventek Systems Arrayent platform to enable remote operation and status notifications for consumers in North America. The deployment focused on consumer device connectivity and mobile-enabled control across LiftMaster product lines.
Implementation leveraged core IoT Platform capabilities including device cloud integration, user and device management, and mobile app SDKs to provide device provisioning, telemetry, and command and control workflows. Architecture centered on cloud hosted device services and mobile application connectivity, incorporating device identity and session management to support remote operation and push notifications. The platform was used by product engineering and customer experience teams to support connected product development and delivery.
