| Pronto Software | Legacy | Pronto XI ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Linkforce implemented Pronto XI ERP as its ERP Financial application to manage procurement, accounts payable, billing and project accounting workflows across office and workshop functions. The deployment supported operational administration tasks including purchase order creation, receipting of goods and services, client and internal invoicing and credit note processing, aligning the Pronto XI ERP configuration with finance and operations teams.
Pronto XI ERP was used to generate transactional and financial reports, the implemented configuration produced purchase order reports, suppliers reports and clients reports, and supported month end deliverables such as revenue forecast, work in progress reports, profit and loss reports and budget reports. The configuration also captured timesheet keeping and records management for office and workshop staff and supported printing and documentation of drawings and work pack jobs for workshop operations.
Operational integrations were explicit where required, invoice approval workflows were executed through M-Files alongside Pronto XI ERP, and Microsoft Excel was used to record and manage new request for tender quotes and supplemental reporting. Day to day operational coverage included procurement allocation by workshop staff to relevant purchase orders, filing material certificates and registers, and routine administration such as booking travel and document archiving.
Governance and process controls centered on invoice approval and dispute handling through M-Files, document control for new and existing procedures, and routine reporting cadence for forecasting and month end closes. The implementation narrative shows Pronto XI ERP supporting procurement, finance, project delivery and document control functions within Linkforce without reference to a named prior financial system.

| Pronto Software | Legacy | Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management | Asset Performance Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Linkforce implemented Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management to underpin its Asset Performance Management needs across national maintenance and project delivery operations. The deployment was intended to support a 3,000 person integrated project delivery and services business that operates a large fleet of vehicles and equipment and delivers multidiscipline mining and industrial construction work packages.
The Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management implementation focused on core asset lifecycle capabilities typical of Asset Performance Management, including an enterprise asset register, preventive maintenance and scheduling, work order management, inspection and compliance workflows, and fleet and equipment maintenance tracking. Configuration emphasized structured asset hierarchies and maintenance plans to support detailed work packs and project phase documentation, while mobile field enablement allowed technicians to record inspections and close work orders from site.
Operational coverage extended to Linkforce maintenance, engineering, projects, and fleet functions across nationwide sites, aligning with the companys project delivery model that spans brownfields and greenfields work packages. The solution supported capturing and monitoring vendor nonconformance reports, documenting variations to scope, and compiling site close out documentation as part of project handover processes.
Governance and process changes were implemented to standardize work pack preparation, statutory and safety documentation management, and electrical quality controls, enabling routine audits of electrical activities and consolidated reporting for project managers. Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management was provisioned as the centralized asset system for maintenance planning and project-related asset control, reinforcing consistent workflows between project execution and ongoing asset maintenance.
