Day to day operational coverage included procurement allocation by workshop staff to relevant purchase orders, filing material certificates and registers, and routine administration such as booking travel and document archiving. Governance and process controls centered on invoice approval and dispute handling through M-Files, document control for new and existing procedures, and routine reporting cadence for forecasting and month end closes. The implementation narrative shows Pronto XI ERP supporting procurement, finance, project delivery and document control functions within Linkforce without reference to a named prior financial system.
