Governance and rollout centered on aligning indexed content with existing SharePoint access controls and embedding conversational answers into sales workflows to standardize how technical documentation is accessed. Documented outcomes from the deployment include continuous 24/7 AI assisted answers that sped up sales responses and reclaimed about seven hours per week for managers, with an indexed corpus exceeding 17,500 technical documents to expand searchable knowledge within the Analytics and BI environment.
