In 2024, Lintech International implemented Qlik Cloud Analytics to deliver AI assisted knowledge access and accelerate sales workflows. The deployment leveraged Qlik Answers, Qlik’s generative AI assistant within the Qlik Cloud ecosystem, to index more than 17,500 technical documents and provide 24/7 AI assisted answers, positioning Qlik Cloud Analytics as the Analytics and BI layer for product and technical content.
Architecturally the solution runs on Qlik Cloud with Qlik Answers responsible for content ingestion, semantic indexing, and natural language query resolution. The implementation integrated Qlik Answers with SharePoint repositories so conversational queries surface document content directly from the company knowledge store inside Qlik Cloud Analytics, preserving document location and source context.
Operational scope concentrated on US sales teams and managers, using the Qlik Answers capability to accelerate sales responses and improve on demand access to technical knowledge. Governance and rollout centered on aligning indexed content with existing SharePoint access controls and embedding conversational answers into sales workflows to standardize how technical documentation is accessed.
Documented outcomes from the deployment include continuous 24/7 AI assisted answers that sped up sales responses and reclaimed about seven hours per week for managers, with an indexed corpus exceeding 17,500 technical documents to expand searchable knowledge within the Analytics and BI environment.
