Integrations were explicit and pragmatic, with WooCommerce synchronization to import online orders, customers and tax details, and Stripe integration to accept payments and streamline bank reconciliation workflows. The Helpdesk and customer portal provided cross-visibility of orders, devices and subscriptions, supporting finance, sales, manufacturing and customer support teams and unifying OEM and fleet management processes on a single platform. Governance followed Odoos recommended progressive implementation methodology, with custom developments to adapt Subscriptions to device lifecycles, a substantial data migration and cleanup effort, and focused internal training and monitoring during rollout.
