The deployment used Sente TeneumX ERP WMS as the Warehouse Management solution and extended ERP coverage into finance, HR, CRM and e commerce, establishing a single integrated platform for transactional and warehouse operations. The implementation centralized physical inventory by provisioning a single central warehouse to replace 10 smaller sites, and configured warehouse management workflows to support order processing, picking and storage density. According to the vendor case study, picking throughput increased approximately sixfold and storage capacity expanded roughly tenfold without increasing footprint, outcomes captured as operational results of the Sente TeneumX ERP WMS deployment. Operationally the program consolidated multi entity governance and inventory control, standardizing fulfillment processes and stock master data across stores and distribution points in Poland. Functional impacts included centralized order fulfillment, inventory control, finance transaction capture, HR records consolidation and CRM integration with e commerce order flows, with system configuration focused on WMS directed picking, putaway and inventory visibility. |
