In 2018, Loggi implemented Convenia Benefits to digitize core HR and personnel processes. The deployment concentrated on HR and payroll operations in Brazil, automating admissions, electronic payslips and vacation approvals across department-level personnel workflows. The implementation centralized onboarding and personnel record workflows within Convenia Benefits to create consistent, digitized HR processes.
Convenia Benefits functioned as the company’s Benefits Administration platform and was configured to support onboarding automation, electronic payslip distribution, vacation approval workflows and payroll-adjacent personnel management. The rollout targeted HR and payroll teams in Brazil and restructured approval and document delivery workflows to reduce manual processing. Convenia’s benefits administration capabilities are inferred from the case details, and the project explicitly reduced manual work and sped up onboarding.
