In 2018, Lokum Deweloper deployed Pivotal CRM, using a tailored edition called Pivotal Deweloper to support residential sales across its Kraków and Wrocław projects. The Pivotal CRM deployment served as the company CRM platform and centralized customer and transaction documentation for Lokum Deweloper's Polish development business while introducing mobile-enabled handover and inspection workflows.
The implementation combined sales management, document generation, and mobile handover capabilities, aligning field inspection procedures with a centralized CRM database and document repository. Functional configuration emphasized automated document generation for contracts and handover packets, a mobile inspection and handover workflow to capture on-site signoffs, and sales pipeline management for residential units.
Rollout targeted sales and operations teams at project sites in Kraków and Wrocław, accompanied by governance updates to standardize handover procedures and centralize recordkeeping across projects. The Pivotal CRM implementation improved sales team productivity, shortened handover processes including mobile inspections, and centralized customer and transaction documentation for Lokum Deweloper's Polish development business.
