The system nearly doubled real-time event throughput from 8 million to 15 million events and increased message volume to more than 300,000 messages per hour, reflecting its role across the marketing hub and affiliate portfolio. Governance and workflow changes emphasized marketer access and autonomy, with LMMS providing a single easy to use interface for campaign planning, execution, and on the spot iteration based on live event visibility. Reported outcomes include improved campaign performance, lower operating costs, faster time to market, and increased customer loyalty, and the company is exploring TIBCO hyperconverged analytics solutions to further refine personalized offers.
