In 2015, Lottoland implemented Cezanne HR ESS to provide Employee Self Service for its Gibraltar-based operations and multi-country workforce. The deployment centralized core HR tasks so employees could book holidays and record sickness through employee self-service, embedding self-service workflows into day-to-day HR operations.
Cezanne HR ESS was configured to support leave management and sickness absence recording as primary functional capabilities, with manager-facing access to payroll and reporting data for operational oversight. The rollout emphasized employee-facing self-service and manager reporting, which significantly reduced HR administrative time and made payroll and reporting data more accessible for managers.
