The deployment supported administration for a workforce scale reflected in company HR records, with primary operational ownership by People Executive and Admin and Human Resources Supervisor roles responsible for day to day system data accuracy and payroll processing. The Flex HRM Employee implementation encompassed Core HR modules including payroll processing, leave and attendance management, employee master data, contract renewal workflows, annual increment and bonus administration, performance management rating templates, recruitment onboarding, foreign worker compliance tracking, and statutory reporting. Configuration work focused on payroll calendars and rules to support monthly, additional and off cycle payroll runs, statutory contributions tracking for LHDN, EPF, EIS, SOCSO, HRDF and Zakat, and year end EA form preparation. Integrations and adjacent systems were explicitly managed alongside Flex HRM Employee, with operational synchronization to a Humatrix payroll system and administration of Earn Wage Access by Paywatch where Earn Wage deductions were provided to the payroll provider for integration into monthly payroll. The implementation delivered operational interfaces for audit documentation, directors remuneration reporting, headcount and sustainability governance reporting, and bi weekly eligibility lists used by HR operations. Governance and process orchestration centered on a payroll system transformation program managed to timeline, with the HR team liaising with the Flex HRM Employee vendor for enhancements and customizations to enforce company policy settings. Operational controls included defined workflows for resignation and exit processing, notice and notice in lieu calculations, disciplinary and termination case handling in line with Malaysian Employment Act 1956, quarterly living compliance audits for foreign workers, and routine coaching and handover processes to maintain payroll and HR data accuracy.
