Gantner Legacy Gantner GT7 Terminal Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, LOVT implemented the Gantner GT7 Terminal as part of a Time Clock (Hardware) deployment across its Vienna fitness studios. The deployment used Gantner hardware to unify studio access, member check in, locker control and cashless payment workflows across two locations. The installation comprised eight GT7 terminals and 360 NET.Lock units connected to a single RFID wristband identity model. Gantner GT7 Terminal devices were configured to manage entry control and check in at reception, while GT7 info terminals surfaced real time locker allocation and usage time. NET.Lock smart locker systems secured personal lockers and GV6 terminals enabled wristband based cashless payments at vending points. The system architecture centralized authentication and event logging on the Gantner platform to support access control, payment authorization and locker state management. Operational coverage included front desk operations, member traffic flow and vending access across both Vienna sites, and the integrated wristband experience was linked to the LOVT member app to encourage adoption and streamline onboarding. Integrations explicitly included NET.Lock smart locker systems and GV6 cashless payment terminals, using the GT7 terminal family as the primary hardware interface. Governance changes focused on consolidating access and service workflows around the RFID wristband identity, simplifying front desk processes and reducing administrative effort. Reported outcomes included a seamless member experience with secure studio access, convenient locker storage and effortless cashless payments, greater operational efficiency and faster issue resolution as noted by LOVT.
