Sage Legacy Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, Lycamobile implemented Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) to support core financial operations, explicitly provisioning the system as an ERP Financial platform for the company. The deployment was centered on the finance organization in London, United Kingdom, with primary adoption by Accounts Payable and month end reporting teams. Sage 300 ERP was configured to support Accounts Payable workflows including invoice capture and coding, multi currency processing, VAT handling, payment runs, petty cash, and employee expense claim processing. Configuration emphasis included vendor reconciliation routines, matching of payments and prepayment credit notes, and structured month end tasks such as cashflow reporting and ledger submission. The implementation was integrated with an OpenText system to enable paper free invoice processing and streamlined AP inbox handling, supporting electronic invoice capture and retention. Operational procedures included daily management of AP inboxes, liaison workflows with vendors to resolve payment issues within agreed payment terms, and monitoring of direct debit activity as part of payment execution. Governance centered on finance process controls and role based operational ownership, with Senior Accounts Payable staff ensuring timely processing of invoices, correct coding including VAT, and coordination with the Finance Manager for monthly and quarterly accounts submission. The configuration and process design reflect ERP Financial best practices for centralized AP control, multi currency accounting, and audit ready vendor reconciliation.

Salesforce Legacy Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) Artificial Intelligence Marketing AI-Powered Application n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Lyca Mobile planned implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) as part of its Artificial Intelligence Marketing initiatives to centralise marketing intelligence and enable real-time campaign optimisation. Lyca Mobile is a global MVNO with more than 16 million customers across 23 countries, and the Salesforce effort is positioned to elevate customer engagement by unifying campaign measurement with marketing orchestration already running in the business. Prior to the Marketing Cloud Intelligence plan, Lyca Mobile deployed Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio to consolidate customer data into a single source of truth. Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder were used to visually map and automate omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, web and other touchpoints, while Interaction Studio enabled one-to-one personalised experiences like context-aware pop-ups and activation emails. Audience segmentation was implemented using MECE principles to produce mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive segments for targeted communications. The Marketing Cloud implementation extended operational coverage to marketing teams in India and the UK and opened the shared customer data model to customer care and fulfilment workflows. Lyca Mobile also signalled integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, which will automate and unify marketing campaign data to build intelligent dashboards for real-time campaign performance and in-flight optimisation, and plans to add Sales Cloud for faster sales processes. Implementation partners Emark and Mirum supported configuration and delivery alongside the Salesforce Customer Success team to accommodate complex requirements and last-minute changes. Governance and process changes focused on removing channel silos, enabling marketing teams to edit campaign copy without raising technical tickets, and instituting journey-level controls to avoid redundant outreach. These changes produced explicit operational outcomes documented by Lyca Mobile, including a 15 to 20 percent decrease in opt-out ratios and conversions increasing by over 30 percent, while order fulfilment and activation communications became noticeably faster.

OpenText Legacy OpenText Release 16 Enterprise Content Management Content Management n/a 2017 2018
In 2017, Lycamobile implemented OpenText Release 16 as its Enterprise Content Management platform to provide a digital back office for legal and accounts payable. The implementation established OpenText Release 16 as the central repository and process orchestration layer for contract and invoice lifecycles within the company. The deployment used multiple products from the OpenText Release 16 suite, specifically Process Suite, Content Suite, and Contract Center, configured to deliver document management, contract lifecycle management, workflow orchestration, and automated invoice processing. Configuration emphasized content classification, version control, secure storage, and process automation to standardize legal intake and accounts payable workflows. Operational scope targeted Lycamobile’s legal and accounts payable departments, centralizing contract management and invoice approval chains to create consistent audit trails and records retention controls. Governance changes focused on formalizing digital review and approval workflows, embedding Contract Center for contract templates and signoff, and using Process Suite to route invoices and exceptions, all intended to help cut costs and increase efficiency by digitally transforming legal and invoice processes.
