In 2008 LymTal International implemented Exact MAX ERP as its Manufacturing ERP to centralize accounting and transactional processing. Exact MAX ERP served as the primary application for financial management, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and core transaction posting workflows.
LymTal configured Exact MAX ERP to support month-end and year-end close workflows including depreciation, bank and account reconciliation, commission statement preparation and closing entries, and variance analysis workflows used to identify and resolve discrepancies. The implementation supported inventory control activities such as physical inventory counts and warranty processing, with customer service coordination for billing and order related reconciliations.
Operational practice included reviewing and posting transactions into Microsoft Dynamics GP and Exact MAX ERP accounting software and using SQL queries against the company accounting database to retrieve and update records for reconciliations and reporting. Financial reporting was designed, maintained and generated using Crystal Reports, with report outputs integrated into closing procedures and commission calculations.
The deployment impacted accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service departments, formalizing monthly and annual close governance around scheduled reconciliations and closing entries. Responsibility for ERP stewardship extended into adjacent administrative and IT tasks, including company email and website maintenance, computer troubleshooting, notarizations and warranty documentation, reflecting a blended operational and systems administration scope alongside Exact MAX ERP use.

In 2019, LymTal International deployed Lumen Cloud to host its public website. Lumen Cloud is serving as the company's Application Hosting and Computing Services platform, providing cloud compute and storage to support web hosting and customer facing content. The implementation aligns with LymTal International's small business scale of roughly 20 employees, concentrating operational scope on external web presence rather than broad enterprise IT consolidation. The deployment uses the Lumen Cloud control plane for instance lifecycle management and public IP addressing associated with the corporate website.
Configuration and functional focus center on web server hosting, object storage and network configuration consistent with Application Hosting and Computing Services. Automation through Lumen Cloud APIs and infrastructure provisioning workflows is likely used to manage instance provisioning, configuration updates and routine patching in a lightweight operations model. Governance is expected to be centralized within a small internal IT team responsible for deployments, security configuration and DNS management, with Lumen Cloud providing the hosting and compute foundation for LymTal International's website.
