In 2021 Lyreco Germany implemented CGM TURBOMED, a Medical Practice Management application, to establish a centralized platform for practice administration and clinical workflow support within its German operations. The deployment was positioned to support core business functions aligned with the Medical Practice Management category, including patient administration, appointment scheduling, billing and invoicing workflows, and clinical record capture.
CGM TURBOMED was configured to expose standard functional modules typical of Medical Practice Management systems, including appointment and calendar management, patient master data and electronic medical record entry, billing and claims orchestration, prescription management, and operational reporting. Configuration work prioritized role based access controls, user profile segmentation, and template driven clinical and administrative forms to align system behavior with practice level processes and compliance requirements.
Separately, Lyreco piloted and then scaled Competera’s Competitive Data solution in 2021, beginning with a pilot in Germany and extending monitoring to approximately 180k SKUs across 24 countries. The Competera deployment delivered about 2.3M data points monthly and achieved 95%+ product matching accuracy, reflecting a governance focus on data quality and product matching validation during scale.
Operational governance combined system level controls for CGM TURBOMED with iterative rollout practices for the Competera pricing intelligence effort, using a pilot then scale pattern and explicit data quality thresholds for product matching.
