The program incorporated zero balance account architecture and an auto borrow auto pay cash management flow, and it supported payroll and benefits data interfacing needed for 401K and insurance administration within the companys multi state and multinational footprint. Governance and rollout were driven from the corporate finance function under the CFO, with process reengineering across accounting, benefits administration and financial reporting to deliver more timely and accurate reports. Outcomes explicitly documented during the broader back office transformation included annual savings in Defense Base Act insurance of 200000 and benefits program savings of more than 250000, while JAMIS Prime ERP provided the ERP Financial infrastructure to sustain centralized financial control for operations spanning 30 states and seven countries with a 6500 employee base.

Governance and operational controls emphasized documentation for SOX, DCAA, and ISO audited systems, scheduled disaster recovery exercises, and end user training to embed new workflows. The program facilitated on time completion of multiple data migrations from legacy systems and executed DR exercises that contributed to organizational uptime objectives reported above 99 percent.
