Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial ERP n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 Maandag implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV to consolidate ERP Financial capabilities with a specific emphasis on credit control in the broadest sense. The project addressed core accounting and credit control needs across sales invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll controls, bookkeeping and bank reconciliation. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured to support functional modules for sales invoice books, intake and processing of incounts and purchase and freelance invoices, bookkeeping per office, and closing of payments in the bank package. Configuration emphasized invoice intake and matching workflows, automated bank payment closing and ledger posting to reduce manual hours spent on invoice administration. The implementation was required to operate alongside OnGuard and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to enable end to end invoice processing and accounting orchestration. Operational coverage included finance, payroll, procurement and accounting teams across Maandag offices, responsible for interpreting and clearing bills and for bankrolling and bookkeeping activities. Governance changes centralized credit control procedures and formalized workflows for interpreting bills, clearing invoices and closing payments in the bank package. An explicit objective of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment was reduction of overpaid salary payments, addressed through tighter payroll reconciliation and controls integrated into the ERP Financial configuration.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Maandag implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment is referenced on Maandag's public website and was provisioned as a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant to support a corporate workforce of approximately 2000 employees in the Netherlands. Configuration centered on core Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities, with Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, Microsoft Teams for synchronous team collaboration, and OneDrive for personal file storage. The implementation emphasized document co-authoring, shared workspaces, calendaring and enterprise email as primary collaboration workflows. Identity and access governance was organized at the tenant level using Azure Active Directory to manage user lifecycle and single sign-on across Microsoft 365 services, aligning administration with corporate directory controls. Operational coverage included professional services delivery teams and corporate functions such as HR and Finance, using Microsoft 365 to coordinate project teams, knowledge management, and internal communications. Governance and rollout focused on centralized administration, tenant-level policy enforcement and usage controls to support secure collaboration and content lifecycle management. Microsoft 365 was positioned as the primary Collaboration framework for Maandag, consolidating communications, document management and team collaboration into a single cloud suite.

Contentful GmbH Legacy Contentful Content Platform Web Content Management Content Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Maandag deployed the Contentful Content Platform to manage content on its corporate website. The Contentful Content Platform is being used as a Web Content Management solution to structure content types, deliver headless content via APIs, and support editorial publishing across Maandag's Netherlands web presence. The implementation emphasizes content modeling, media asset management, modular content blocks, and a web based editor to enable non technical marketing and communications users. Contentful Content Platform capabilities such as content types, entries, assets, environments, and staging workflows were configured to create reusable components and controlled publish cycles. The configuration includes localization support and role based access to align authoring and approval responsibilities with Maandag's marketing and digital teams. The result positions Maandag Contentful Content Platform Web Content Management as the backbone for website content operations and marketing publishing.
