Integrations were executed across Madero restaurants in Brazil, linking front of house Retail PDV systems to the KDS for real time ticketing and status updates. The KDS was reported live across multiple kitchens by 2017, indicating a phased rollout from initial sites to broader operational coverage. The program carried a reported R$3 million investment and impacted kitchen operations and retail point of sale processes, prompting changes to in kitchen workflows and order handling governance. Operational responsibility emphasized coordination between POS, kitchen staff and Teknisa for ongoing support, tuning and process alignment. |
