Magicrete had used Microsoft Dynamics NAV since 2011 and later adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to consolidate financial management, jobs based project tracking and costing workflows. The implementation leverages Business Central features such as built in workflow charts, configurable approval flows, the Jobs module for project plans and resource tracking, and self service reporting to reduce manual dependencies. Automation of routine transactions and defined workflow routing enabled employees to shift from routine tasks to higher value work. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM for sales and customer management, Power BI for unified business intelligence and dashboards, and customer and vendor facing apps that provide self service data access from the ERP. The implementation links factory SCADA data into Business Central to give the operations team production analytics and faster operational decision making. Microsoft Teams was instrumented with an approvals app and a bot that queries ERP credit and order history to accelerate order approval decisions. Dhyey Consulting supported governance and phased process adoption across finance, sales, projects and operations, consolidating data on the cloud to produce a single source of truth. Explicit outcomes reported include reduction of order approval time from a day to minutes, elimination of manual MIS compilation through Power BI dashboards, and automated product costing derived from the organization data set. Magicrete continues to explore further Teams driven automation to embed contextual ERP and CRM data into collaboration workflows to improve speed of approvals and operational monitoring.
