In 2021 Magyar Telekom implemented the Valamis Skills Management Platform as part of the TOP5 initiative. The deployment delivered a cloud-based learning experience and skills-management program used by thousands of employees across Hungary, and it was aligned with HR and L&D modernization efforts.
The Valamis Skills Management Platform, categorized under Skills Intelligence, was configured to emphasize the skills management module and enhanced reporting capabilities. Functional capabilities focused on skills management workflows, employee skills profiles, and reporting dashboards to improve skills visibility and reporting across the organisation.
Rollout was executed through the TOP5 cohort and produced high voluntary engagement, with 60% completion reported in that cohort. Governance and operational oversight were organized through L&D and HR channels to monitor module adoption and to use the platform data for skills planning and internal reporting, with Valamis Group engaged as the delivery partner.
