Sterling Background Check is used to support compliance, onboarding verification, talent acquisition processing, and related HR administrative functions such as I 9 follow up and employment documentation retrieval. The deployment emphasized integration with Workday, centralized background check administration within Associate Services, and formal escalation and documentation processes to maintain consistent hiring and compliance operations across Ascena.
