In 2016, MAIF implemented the 360Learning Platform as its Learning and Development solution. The 360Learning Platform was positioned to centralize course design and delivery for MAIF, aligning learning workflows with HR and talent objectives and supporting collaborative content creation and competency-based learning.
Implementation scope focused on standard Learning and Development capabilities, including course authoring and collaborative learning modules, configurable learning paths and assessments, an administrative console for role based access and enrollment management, and reporting for learner progress. The deployment emphasized content lifecycle management and peer driven training workflows common to modern learning platforms, with configuration tailored to support instructor led and self paced programs.
Operational integration was planned around typical enterprise connectors, leveraging single sign on and HRIS synchronization patterns to align learner profiles and enrollment with employee records, while maintaining LMS style reporting for compliance and talent teams. Governance efforts centered on establishing content approval workflows, administrator and curator roles, and a phased rollout to embed learning governance into HR and talent processes. The 360Learning Platform now supports more than 900 organizations in the digital transformation of their training, positioning MAIF within a broader ecosystem of enterprise learning deployments.

In 2017 MAIF implemented Vermeg Solife as its Insurance Policy Administration platform to modernize management of its épargne, retraite and prévoyance contracts. The programme began in June 2017 in France and was executed in partnership with Wekey as the system integrator.
Vermeg Solife was configured to deliver core policy administration capabilities for life and pension products, aligning contract lifecycle management, policy data models and administrative workflows to MAIF's épargne, retraite and prévoyance portfolios. A Talend ETL centre was established to industrialize data flows and to support data migration and consolidation across policy records and reference data.
Integrations were orchestrated through the Talend ETL hub to manage exchanges between Vermeg Solife and MAIF's upstream and downstream data sources, enabling structured ingestion and transformation of policy and client data. Operational coverage focused on MAIF's French life and pension business lines and the internal business functions responsible for policy administration and delivery processes.
The programme was run as a multi-year rollout with emphasis on data industrialization and improved delivery processes, with Wekey providing implementation services and governance support for staged deployment and change control. The engagement centered on modernization of core policy administration and the establishment of standardized data pipelines to sustain ongoing operations and delivery improvements.

| Clever Cloud | Legacy | Clever AI | Intelligent Process Automation | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, MAIF is recorded as having migrated mission-critical systems onto Clever Cloud PaaS in France, and is inferred to have provisioned Clever AI as an Intelligent Process Automation capability on that PaaS. The association places Clever AI within an infrastructure footprint hosted in France to preserve data sovereignty and to leverage the Clever Cloud platform where MAIF is a verified customer.
An inferred Clever AI deployment would be organized around Intelligent Process Automation functional modules such as process orchestration, document understanding and AI-driven decisioning, configured as containerized or managed runtimes on Clever Cloud PaaS. Configuration would emphasize scalable processing pipelines and automated workflow orchestration to support insurance back-office and operational workflows common to the Intelligent Process Automation category.
Integrations are centered on the Clever Cloud PaaS layer, with Clever AI operating alongside the mission-critical systems migrated to that platform, enabling direct access to MAIF application runtimes and data stores hosted in France. The deployment architecture therefore privileges in-country hosting and platform-native operational tooling for DevOps, monitoring and release automation.
Governance aligns with data sovereignty requirements due to the France-based PaaS deployment, and operational rollout would focus on embedding automation into existing insurance operations and workflows. Clever Cloud testimonials tied to MAIF’s platform migration cite up to 8x productivity gains for platform and DevOps activities, this outcome is attributed to the Clever Cloud PaaS migration rather than a publicly confirmed Clever AI case.
