IBM managed end user device support, wide area network management, data centre operations and applications management while acting as the systems integrator for the Oracle EBS ERP rollout. The HRMS was provisioned on the companys centrally hosted infrastructure to support branches across India, and was implemented alongside finance modules to enable integrated HR and finance data coordination within the Oracle EBS environment.

IBM Maximo was configured to align with ITSM processes and to enable standardized work assignments and maintenance scheduling.
The implementation was governed through ITIL V3 aligned practices, covering Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement, and included monthly project performance reviews with senior management. Activities included employee training and instruction on support and quality standards, vendor interfacing for hardware and software resolution, and development of management consulting collateral to support organizational maturity and macro level capacity planning.
