Valsoft TigerTMS was configured to broker call and messaging events from the PBX, synchronize guest context with the PMS, and drive content and status updates to guest information displays, enabling coordinated guest services workflows and display management.
Operational coverage focused on guest services and hotel operations in Germany, with the Munich property operating the initial rollout and governance residing with on-property guest services and operations teams.
