LillyWorks Legacy LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Manes Machine implemented LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing to gain visibility and reliable prioritization across machining, assembly and shipping and receiving. The Manufacturing ERP deployment was integrated with JobBOSS ERP in October 2020 to coordinate scheduling and job priority across the shop floor. LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing was configured to replace spreadsheet based scheduling and to centralize job prioritization and sequencing for machining centers, assembly lines and the shipping and receiving function. Functional capabilities implemented included scheduling orchestration, real time operational dashboards and analytics for work in process visibility. Module level integration with JobBOSS enabled the exchange of job routing and status information to maintain a single source of job priority. Operational scope covered production scheduling, assembly operations and shipping and receiving, delivering unified priorities across the shop with ten employees. Governance changes formalized scheduling workflows and moved schedule ownership into the PFM application to enforce consistent prioritization and dispatch. Process transformation emphasized role based queue management on the shop floor and the use of dashboard driven decisioning for daily planning. Outcomes stated by the project include clearer operational dashboards and analytics and a reduction in late jobs with improved on time delivery. Manes Machine's deployment of LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing is a Manufacturing ERP implementation that supports production scheduling, shop floor prioritization and operational analytics.
