In 2021, Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP Advanced Manufacturing as its Manufacturing ERP to support rapid growth from acquisitions and a spike in beekeeping demand. The company had partnered with private equity to acquire three businesses and a new distribution facility, sales orders rose to about 12,000 per week in peak season, and leadership determined it needed to move off the Adagio accounting system to automate scaling workflows.

During peak demand the company previously required 23 team members to manually process customer invoices, the order processing function that once required four people now takes one person, and accounts receivable processing occupies three employees after automation, with teams importing vendor tracking numbers rather than reconciling shipments manually.
The implementation spans finance, fulfillment and inventory operations and is positioned to improve demand forecasting and reduce cash tied up in inventory so the business can reinvest in product development, manufacturing equipment and employee engagement. With Oracle NetSuite ERP Advanced Manufacturing in place Mann Lake plans to resume acquisition activity within the next year to centralize operations and support further manufacturing and distribution expansion.
