Configuration work emphasized standard financial ledger structures and procurement-to-pay workflow configuration, aligned with a companywide Data Standards Integration project. The implementation included configuration of master data and data governance artefacts, and a focused review of Infor CloudSuite ERP for Manulife Global to validate data standard alignment across entities.
TRG international was the systems integrator engaged for implementation and integration activities, coordinating cutover sequencing and system validation work tied to SAP ERP ECC 6.0 decommissioning. Integration scope and operational coverage were framed by enterprise data standardization requirements and included orchestration with corporate data governance processes for Manulife’s global insurance and financial operations.
Change governance and rollout were driven by a formal change management plan, with implementation, communication and training plans created to support adoption. As part of the Data Standards Integration program a Change Management Lead for Manulife Financial in Toronto coordinated program status, deliverables and timelines between April 2021 and June 2021 using Jira and Planview, with a specific focus on enterprise data standardisation and training readiness.
