The implementation centralized core property and financial workflows for a small firm, consolidating accounting and lease administration under Property Boulevard.
Property Boulevard was configured to run property-management accounting and tenant and lease administration modules, with an emphasis on reporting and customizable report templates aligned to landlord accounting and tenant billing workflows. Typical functional capabilities in use include rent roll management, tenant ledger tracking, lease administration workflows, and configurable financial and operational reports implemented through Property Boulevard reporting tools.
