Operational coverage focused on marketing-led loyalty operations, merchandising display logic, and customer engagement processes on the MarineDepot.com site, with governance established around centralized moderation queues and campaign-linked reward workflows. As a result of the work, Marine Depot launched Customer Loyalty and Referral Marketing programs alongside the Annex User Generated Content Cloud deployment, reinforcing loyalty and community engagement objectives without introducing new implementation partners. The narrative centers on Annex User Generated Content Cloud Content Management driving cross-functional alignment between loyalty, marketing, and merchandising functions.
