In 2022, Marquesa Hotel implemented Infor HMS (Hospitality Management Solution) as its Real Estate Property Management platform. Configuration work focused on reservations lifecycle management, centralized booking and guest profile consolidation, and operational reporting. Infor HMS (Hospitality Management Solution) was configured to capture agent conversion and productivity metrics, call volume and revenue booked, and to provide the daily, weekly and monthly reporting required by reservations and revenue teams.
Operational coverage included the reservations, sales, revenue management, and guest services functions, and the system was used to inform weekly revenue management calls and sales strategy sessions. Reporting output from Infor HMS fed SOPs and scheduling decisions, and the platform supported the reservations team training, coaching, payroll-related scheduling coordination, and day to day agent performance monitoring.
