Governance and process changes accompanied the implementation, with standard operating procedures established to align property practices to corporate standards and a designated point of contact managing corporate and travel advisor inquiries and guest issue resolution. The implementation emphasized data-driven reporting cadence and workflow standardization across multiple properties within the Florida Keys footprint without introducing named third party integrations.
