In 2011, Martes Sport Poland implemented LSI POSitive Retail, deploying the Retail Management solution across its multi store network in Poland. The implementation included LSI POSitive Retail core POS, Manager workstation, and the central Management Center modules to centralize sales, inventory, and replenishment reporting.

Functional capabilities implemented encompassed transaction capture at POS, centralized inventory visibility, replenishment reporting feeds, and consolidated analytics and reporting through the Management Center.
