Biblionix Legacy Biblionix Apollo ILS/LPS Library Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2017
In 2016, Mason County Public Library implemented Biblionix Apollo ILS/LPS. The single-site public library in Maysville, Kentucky went live with Biblionix Apollo ILS/LPS in July 2016 and onboarded the system to manage more than 13,000 members, 55,000 holdings, and a year with 112,500 circulations. The deployment uses Biblionix Apollo ILS/LPS as the core Library Management platform, configured to support cataloging, circulation, patron management, holdings and bibliographic control, and standard reporting workflows. Cataloging workflows and MARC record management were aligned to staff responsibilities, circulation rules were configured for local lending policies, and the public catalog and patron services were provisioned through Apollo modules typical of an integrated library system. Operational ownership was assigned to library leadership and functional managers, with Valerie Zempter as library director overseeing the program, Pam Erskine responsible for cataloging configuration, and Melissa Fulton managing circulation operations. The implementation was scoped to the Mason County Public Library site and focused on process adoption across cataloging and circulation teams, with staff role alignment and system configuration enabling day to day library service delivery under the Biblionix Apollo ILS/LPS Library Management environment.
