The implementation covered core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Management, Expenses, Intercompany, Corporate Cards and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management components such as Financial Consolidation Cloud Services and PBCS. Enterprise structures were built out with Primary and Secondary Ledgers, Chart of Accounts, Value Sets, Business Units, account hierarchies and role templates, and a Rapid Implementation approach was used with spreadsheet-driven delivery artifacts and predefined task lists organized into implementation projects like enterprise structures and SLA implementation projects. Technical and integration work included setup of Oracle Identity Manager and sync processes for user account creation, reference data set creation and assignment to business units, ESSBASE publishing of account hierarchies, Financial Reporting Studio reports and Smart View desktop integration, and ADF Desktop Integrator installation on user machines. Operational automation covered OTBI reports, dashboards, BI check templates for payables, Fusion transmission setup for AMEX card processing, electronic payments file generation, and BAI2 file loading as part of bank file integrations. Program governance emphasized structured workshops, CRP sessions, UAT cycles and end user training on Navigator, Setup and Maintenance, Manage Invoice, Manage Journals and reporting workflows. The delivery model included coordination with Oracle CSM and ISM teams, an off-shore delivery team for task execution, and ongoing Cloud Ops engagement with service request handling and 24x7 fast track issue resolution to support the rollout and stabilization of Oracle Cloud ERP for Mazzone Hospitality.
