In 2025, MBTS Brazil deployed GoZen Forms for lead qualification and data collection. The deployment used GoZen Forms, a Survey and Questionnaire application, to centralize campaign intake and qualification workflows for marketing and lead qualification processes in Brazil. MBTS is a Brazil based digital marketing and launch agency that targeted campaign level data capture and qualification across its marketing operations.
Configuration emphasized conditional logic to automate respondent routing and qualification, with automated qualification rules embedded in form workflows. GoZen Forms was configured for progressive profiling, multi step form workflows, and field level validation to standardize captured data and minimize manual cleansing before handoff to sales.
The implementation leveraged integrations with CRM and marketing automation systems to automate lead routing and trigger sales follow up, keeping operational scope focused on marketing and lead qualification teams in Brazil. Governance included rule based qualification thresholds and iterative form revisions tied to campaign performance, aligning form logic with sales intake processes.
Across campaigns MBTS collected over 2,000 leads and converted around 200 paying customers, generating approximately R$30,000 through the GoZen Forms deployment. The case highlights how GoZen Forms supported automated qualification and end to end lead routing for a small agency operating in Brazil.
