In 2023, McCormick Taylor implemented Deltek ATS to centralize and standardize its recruiting processes. The deployment redesigned hiring to be fully contained within Deltek Talent Management and was launched companywide across the firm’s U.S. offices.
Deltek ATS was configured as the Applicant Tracking System to support HR and talent acquisition workflows and initial onboarding capabilities. Configuration work emphasized requisition management, candidate tracking, interview orchestration, and offer processing to align recruiting tasks with HR owners and hiring managers.
The implementation integrated Deltek ATS with Deltek Vantagepoint to align talent data with project and financial context managed in Deltek Talent Management. Operational coverage included HR, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers across all U.S. offices, enabling a single source for candidate lifecycle data.
Governance and rollout centered on a companywide launch that introduced standardized approval routing and centralized candidate workflow governance for recruiting and onboarding. The project delivered improved hiring workflows and is planned to expand into onboarding automation as the next phase.
