The implementation integrated Oracle E-Business Suite with other key business systems to enable order to cash and procure to pay processes, aligning transactional flows with operational stakeholders. Integration planning and data mapping were coordinated between internal teams and partner consulting to support month end accounting, vendor payments and receivables management. Operational coverage focused on the finance organization with cross functional touch points into procurement and operations. Governance was formalized under the ERP Lead role, establishing prioritized enhancement and maintenance pipelines, a cadence for upgrades and continuous improvement, and supervision of BA resources. The team worked closely with partner consulting and internal stakeholders to deliver complex business solutions and automate finance workflows. Oracle E-Business Suite remains McGraw Hills primary ERP Financial system, supporting ongoing enhancements since 2018.
