Operational coverage included remote gardens in north east India, Vietnam and Africa, where intermittent connectivity required the offline synchronization pattern. Integration focused on seamless transmission of transactional and payroll data between estate sites and head office for consolidated reporting.
Business functions impacted included inventory management, procure to pay, payroll processing for circa 2,500 workers per garden, factory operations and financial consolidation.
