Outcomes reported by the company included simplified management through a single central database, improved visibility for cash flow and inventory, real time performance reporting for faster issue resolution, and reliable payroll processing even in absence of internet connection. LS Nav provided a lightweight Point Of Sale and ERP layer that addressed the operational constraints of remote tea estates while centralizing operational control.
