Operational coverage included the accounts payable team based at Dry Creek and extended to suppliers nationwide, with AP staff responsible for following up missing invoices and clearing supplier accounts in the shortest practical time. The implementation incorporated data extraction from Sybiz and Pronto to identify and adjust errors identified during data migration, ensuring supplier reconciliations were aligned with the ERP master records.
Governance and workflow design required authorization from project managers and divisional managers prior to payment processing, and the accounts payable team worked with a system administrator to highlight and resolve ongoing issues within Pronto XI ERP.
