The full NTS Informatica Business Experience deployment included configuration of automated data flows and process controls, and was integrated with Quista, INTIT proprietary B2B e-commerce solution, to enable direct synchronization of product, inventory and order data. The ERP Financial implementation emphasized a single source of truth for transactional and master data to support invoicing and B2B order automation. Operational coverage spanned finance, sales, in-store point-of-sale operations and warehouse logistics, aligning MD ITALIAs workforce under shared workflows and standardized transaction processes. Integrations between Business Experience and Quista linked catalog, inventory and order management to enable fully automated B2B e-commerce order processing. INTIT consultants provided hands-on configuration and iterative problem solving, adapting standard ERP Financial workflows to specific business practices and overcoming entrenched process workarounds. Governance focused on centralizing master data, instituting process discipline and rolling out modules in a phased, consultant-supported approach that emphasized knowledge transfer.
