Project governance was led by a Project Manager and followed a structured rollout that included stakeholder alignment across business units, configuration sign offs, and training for HR and payroll teams. Process standardization for recruitment, time and attendance capture, grievance handling, and training records was instituted to support the deployed Ramco HCM Core HR platform.
