In 2022, Medigreif migrated MEDIGREIF Parkklinik from the LMZ patient-administration system to CGM REHA as its Patient Management platform, a migration documented in a CGM case article published in January 2022. The implementation targeted a German geriatric and orthopaedic rehabilitation clinic and was scoped to modernize patient administration, therapy planning and the medical information center using CGM REHA and its GPM patient administration capabilities.
The CGM REHA deployment emphasized the GPM patient administration module for core admission, discharge and patient record workflows, while configuring therapy planning capabilities to support multi-disciplinary rehabilitation schedules and documentation. Configuration work included role-based access for clinical and administrative staff, structured patient record templates aligned to rehabilitation care pathways, and scheduling constructs for therapy resource allocation consistent with Patient Management best practices.
Operational coverage for CGM REHA spanned administrative reception, clinical documentation and therapy units within the Parkklinik, impacting patient administration, therapy coordination and the medical information center. No external system integrators are referenced in the source material, the rollout described clinic-level cutover of the patient administration function to CGM REHA GPM.
Governance for the migration centered on clinic clinical and administrative stakeholders coordinating the cutover and validation of patient administration workflows in CGM REHA, with the CGM case article used to capture the migration approach and lessons learned. The narrative in the January 2022 CGM article frames the project as a targeted modernization of Patient Management processes at MEDIGREIF Parkklinik using CGM REHA.
