In 2022, Medilife Healthcare Group implemented FactsERP, an ERP Financial application to unify core back office functions across its Dubai healthcare and home-care operations. The deployment targeted integration of patient billing, inventory and HR payroll to create a single transactional system for clinical billing and operational stock control.
FactsERP was configured with discrete billing, inventory and HR payroll modules aligned to healthcare workflows, with billing logic tuned for patient invoicing and inventory controls designed for medical consumables and pharmaceuticals. The FactsERP implementation emphasized standardized charge capture and inventory transaction handling to reduce reconciliation friction between clinical and finance teams.
Operationally the implementation integrated finance, supply and HR processes across Medilife Healthcare Group sites in Dubai, establishing a centralized transactional repository and cross functional data flows for billing and stock events. Configuration included role based access and workflow automation for approvals and payroll processing to support both hospital and home care service models.
Governance around billing and inventory procedures was centralized to enforce consistent charging rules and real time stock tracking across locations. The FactsERP deployment enabled more accurate billing and real time inventory visibility for Medilife Healthcare Group, improving alignment between revenue and supply chain operations.
