The project established MYOB Exo POS as the primary Point Of Sale platform for the retailer in Western Australia. The deployment implemented multi-site point-of-sale capabilities, real-time inventory tracking and improved customer management workflows, with Exo POS front-end aligned to the Exo data model. Functional modules emphasized transaction processing, stock control and customer record management to support retail sales operations and in-store service. Architecture centralized transaction and inventory data within the MYOB Exo environment to provide cross-location visibility while maintaining local POS responsiveness at each store. The implementation was delivered with partner Horizon Business Systems, which managed configuration and the phased store rollouts across Perth sites. Operational scope covered multiple Perth stores and core business functions including inventory management, store sales and customer service. The rollout produced tighter stock control, increased sales staff confidence and improved visibility across locations.
