Operational coverage included administration teams, payroll, accounts receivable and trainee induction management across MEGT’s Australian operations. Governance emphasized administrative data accuracy and formalized workflow handoffs between induction administrators, the trainee and apprentice induction manager, accounts and payroll teams, with administration assistants responsible for validating commencement documentation and following up on missing or incorrect details. Arrow Tencia was positioned to centralize invoicing and financial posting processes while supporting payroll processing to ensure weekly pay runs were processed smoothly.
