In 2017, MEGT implemented Arrow Tencia as its ERP Financial application. The deployment targeted finance and HR-adjacent administrative workflows for MEGT, a 650 employee Australian professional services organization.
Arrow Tencia was configured to support core financial functions consistent with the ERP Financial category, including general ledger posting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and direct interfaces to payroll workflows. The application was used by accounts staff preparing monthly invoices for host companies and by payroll staff to execute weekly pay runs and respond to pay queries, reflecting integration of financial posting with payroll execution.
The implementation interoperated with several existing applications recorded in internal use, notably GTPac 4, Source GT, Astute Payroll and the Microsoft suite, enabling data exchange between trainee management, payroll and finance records. Operational coverage included administration teams, payroll, accounts receivable and trainee induction management across MEGT’s Australian operations.
Governance emphasized administrative data accuracy and formalized workflow handoffs between induction administrators, the trainee and apprentice induction manager, accounts and payroll teams, with administration assistants responsible for validating commencement documentation and following up on missing or incorrect details. Arrow Tencia was positioned to centralize invoicing and financial posting processes while supporting payroll processing to ensure weekly pay runs were processed smoothly.
