Melinda Maria Designs used the LoudCrowd Platform for Content Management to support marketing and eCommerce operations in the United States and to operationalize shoppable user generated content and affiliate sales flows.
The implementation centered on creator storefront capabilities and affiliate program management, including storefront provisioning, shoppable UGC embedding, and attribution reporting. The LoudCrowd Platform was configured to support creator-facing onboarding workflows, content curation and moderation controls, and commission attribution mechanisms typical of Content Management solutions that drive creator commerce.
Deployment was executed natively on the company e-commerce site, tying storefront traffic into site checkout and attribution flows to ensure creator-referred purchases could be tracked and attributed. Operational ownership resided with marketing and eCommerce teams, and the rollout focused on integrating storefront links and UGC into product pages and promotional channels to surface creator content where shoppers convert.
Program governance included creator onboarding, storefront curation guidelines, and measurement of creator-attributed sales. The program produced explicit outcomes, delivering approximately $1.5M in annual attributable creator sales, a multi-fold increase in UGC, and notably higher conversion and average order value for storefront traffic.
