The implementation focused on core financial modules within the ERP Financial category, explicitly configuring AP, AR, and GL ledgers and mapping transaction types to the chart of accounts. Configuration work emphasized transaction import automation and ledger mapping to ensure consistent posting of vendor invoices, sales receipts, and tax calculations into Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise.
Integrations implemented included automated imports of food and bar invoices from third party inventory programs, and automated sales imports from the Aloha POS System into Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise. These integrations linked restaurant POS and inventory transaction flows to the ERP Financial system to support daily sales posting and vendor invoice processing across the three Colorado locations.
