In 2020, Mento implemented To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite for Lease Management,Rental Management System embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM. Mento had been operating with an internally developed rental solution and used Axapta Dynamics, and sought a cloud rental and service solution to meet rising rental demands and to trace maintenance requirements for equipment used offshore. The deployment was a cloud based configuration of To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, delivering core rental management and service maintenance capabilities alongside equipment master data and maintenance certificate handling. Mento executed the project in two phases, taking about seven months to go live with the rental module and an additional three months to put service and maintenance into production, a phased approach that produced faster implementation and easier management. DynaRent was configured to automate end to end rental workflows and eliminate redundant paperwork while providing a 360 degree view of equipment, including maintenance status tracking, availability monitoring, and management of business objects and maintenance certificates. Because the solution is embedded in Dynamics 365 F&SCM, rental transactions and asset records are consolidated into the ERP data model, improving operational visibility across rental operations and service delivery. The implementation affected rental operations, service and maintenance functions, asset management, and revenue visibility for Mento's offshore equipment business. Governance emphasis focused on process automation and centralized tracking of maintenance certificates to support compliance and operational readiness for high pressure offshore equipment.
