Operationally the implementation was coordinated alongside an existing print and finishing fleet, including Kodak NexPress SX-3900, Canon Image PRESS C10000VP, Kodak Digi Master EX, Roland SOLOJETPRO III XC-540, Bourg BB-3202 with CMT-330, Bourg PowerSquare 225, and Heidelberg Stalhfolder TH-56, enabling end-to-end print to mail throughput. Rollout governance was managed by an Interim Team Lead from the client, with the Meridian Direct Quadient Neopost DS-1200 Mailing System scoped to support mailing, production, and distribution functions across the companys fulfillment center.
