In 2019, Mersen implemented ADP Enterprise HR. Mersen deployed ADP Enterprise HR as a Core HR platform to standardize salaries, job titles and competencies and to create a common HR language across the group.
Mersen implemented two ADP modules, HR Intelligence and HR Process, with ADP teams mirroring the company project organization during rollout.
